Delivery

West Coast Title Search Ltd. (WCTS) will begin to process your work request as soon as possible once received into one of our WCTS offices. The estimated completion date on your request is based on information availability, processing time and any indicated deadline times.

WCTS will begin processing orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory or government holidays.

Hardcopies of files will be returned to you in the manner West Coast and your firm established when your account was created. If you have special requirements, you may indicate the communication level/urgency required when you complete your work request (Examples: Email/Courier copies immediately upon completion).

Refund Policy

We guarantee our work. If you have a problem, please tell us.

We are a service orientated firm. We will do everything possible to meet or exceed your expectations on every work request. If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will do everything we can to complete it in a more satisfactory method. If you are dissatisfied with our work, and it is found to be inaccurate, we will issue a credit or replace the work.

West Coast cannot guarantee the accuracy of third party databases. West Coast will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from the inaccuracy/deficiencies/limitations of government and third party databases which we use for our reports, searches and other activities.

West Coast cannot guarantee the performance of third parties who are not directly employed by West Coast and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from their actions or omissions.
