West Coast provides full process serving and skip-tracing services. We have the only flat rate billing plan for services in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our very popular 55/75/95 Flat Rate Process Serving PlanTM includes prompt, reliable, professional process serving for a predictable up-front fee for basic services* a service confirmation report. No mileage fees, No fuel surcharges.

Our services include:

each of our process servers have a dedicated service area;
regular field reports;
service confirmation report when completed;
completion of affidavits;
national and international contacts to handle your work outside the Lower Mainland and Victoria areas; and
an extensive runs system in the Lower Mainland to pick-up and deliver your work and a twice daily courier bag from Vancouver to Victoria.

Fee Schedule - non account holders

* If we are unable to serve the documents in a timely manner, we will do sufficient attempts to create an Affidavit of Attempted Service that may then be used to obtain an Order for Alternate Service from the Courts.
